David is the director/writer and producer of IN SEARCH OF DARKNESS, a critically acclaimed four-hour documentary about ’80s horror movies, and the director/writer/producer of IN SEARCH OF TOMORROW, a documentary about ’80s Sci-Fi movies, for CreatorVC.

He was executive editor of the iconic Famous Monsters of Filmland magazine from 2015 to 2016 for seven bi-monthly issues (FM #282-288), earning the prestigious Rondo Hatton Award two years in a row for Best Classic Magazine.

Prior to Famous Monsters, David logged 13 years working in the trenches at ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT (TV’s longest-running, No. 1 syndicated entertainment news show) writing about/interviewing celebrities and filmmakers as Senior Editor of ETonline.

Creator of the critically acclaimed, Rondo-nominated IT CAME FROM… (ItCameFromBlog.com) retro genre pop-culture site, David has hosted and moderated Comic-Con International panels and screening Q&A’s at Arclight Cinemas, the historic Alex Theatre and other venues, is a frequent guest on various podcasts, and has appeared on camera for multiple junkets, red carpet events, and segment interviews.

Scare Me

A group of new friends go camping on their last night traveling together to a music festival. They wager a free weekend pass to the winner of a ghost story contest, but a chance encounter targets them before they even get started. As the scary stories progress, the realization begins to sink in that the subject matter is perhaps more connected to reality and their current situation than they first thought. They each face different elements of fear and perception as one by one they are turned against each other.

Thomas Fisco, (stage name "Fiasco"), is an Actor and Comedian born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Though he spent his high school and college years gaining athletic notoriety, he quickly changed allegiances after discovering an affinity for performing arts in his late 20's. On a dare, he unknowingly entered a Las Vegas stand-up comedy contest and was judged by a panel of talent agents and professional comedians as "far and away the best comic performing". With the encouragement of Emmy Award Winning Producer Chris Bearde he moved to Los Angeles and began studying his new found love on the stage and in front of the camera. He has since been cast in several pilots, TV performances, commercials, music videos, and short and full feature films. He has appeared on stage at the Laugh Factory, Improv Olympic, Second City, The Riviera Comedy Club, and at the annual Unity Shoppe Charity Telethon. His natural reactions and instinctual ability have elevated him beyond his training and experience. His distinct material and unique performance style keeps audiences guessing and gasping for air. He has well developed characters, dead-on impersonations, and can improvise on a whim. In a time when many performers seem cookie-cut from the same mold, Thomas is an entirely different cookie, with better icing.

Bio: Sarah began writing screenplays when she was 12 years old, but filmed her first horror short film in 2013 based on a screenplay she and a friend wrote together called 'Man in the Forest'. Sarah recently filmed her first feature film, the Award Winning indie horror Sargad (Wounded), that she also wrote the screenplay for, played the main character and did some of the SFX. Sarah wrote the screenplay for the multiple Award Winning short film Rotten Love and also starred as the main character Kat.

Sarah has appeared in a lot of short films, music videos and even in a commercial. Before taking up an acting career, Sarah was an amateur MMA-fighter in Sweden and had been training MMA for 6 years. She had fights in MMA, Muay Thai and Grappling, even winning gold at a Swedish Grappling Tournament in 2014. She was also a writer for the popular Swedish MMA site, MMAnytt from 2013-2015 and travelled to Vegas to cover UFC events.

Sarah has studied Filmproduction at Kulturama in Stockholm, but has also studied Screenplay writing at Manuspiloterna in Alby, Stockholm. In September 2017, Sarah began studying Acting For Film at Prague Film School.

Sarah was born in Stockholm, Sweden, but has a Norwegian Citizenship. Her mother is from Poland and Sarah speaks Polish, English and Swedish fluently.
