We welcome back the very talented and awesome Reine Swart. Last time she was here, we talked about the very creepy movie The Lullaby, this time she has a South African horror called HEKS!

In HEKS: A grieving British girl unravels her murdered mother’s secrets connected to a South African witch doctor’s curse. She wants to put an end to this haunting hex by traveling to South Africa, but instead it casts her deeper into sinister depths.

Reine Swart is an actress and filmmaker best known for The Lullaby (2018), Die Pro (2015) and Detour (2017). Heks (2020/2021) is Reine's directorial debut. She also stars in The Empty Man (2020) opposite James Badge Dale. Reine also stars as a lead in Triggered yet to be released. Reine has played in various TV series such as Syfy's Z Nation (2017) and Dominion (2015), BBC's Jamillah and Aladdin (2016) and National Geographic's Origins (2017). Reine is residing in the United States.
